Where your data lives

A Brief is built from your documents, so the first thing most businesses ask is a fair one: where does our information go, and who can see it? Here is the honest, plain-English answer. The formal detail is in our Privacy Policy.

• It's stored in Australia. Your documents, the questions your customers ask, and the answers we compose are kept on infrastructure in Sydney. To compose an answer we send the relevant passage to our AI providers for processing, but your records are stored here, in Australia.
• It answers only your questions. Your documents are used to power your Brief and nothing else. They are never blended into another business's answers.
• It's never used to train AI. We don't train models on your content or your customers' questions, and our AI provider doesn't either — it answers and moves on.
• It's never sold or handed to advertisers. No data brokering, no ad tracking, no third-party profiling.
• Access is locked down. The data sits behind row-level security reachable only by our server — not exposed to the public or the browser. Visitor IP addresses are stored only as a scrambled one-way hash, and we don't log the text of questions in our security records.
• You can have it deleted. Ask us, or cancel, and we remove your documents and account data — and a visitor can have their registered details removed on request.
